How well have my concerns been handled by Chase’s Executive Office? ChangeInTerms.com is my answer to that question.

I think I can sumarize my views regarding a Chase customer satisfaction survey that was sent by Chip Hill, Senior Vice President, Customer Experience, by using my new electronic stamp.  According to the cover letter, Chase needs my opinion on how well the Card service’s Executive Office handled my concern.

ChangeInTerms.com is my response to how well my concerns have been handled thus far.

Sam Walton once said, “The goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best, but legendary.”

I think Chase has brought a whole new and perverted meaning to the word ‘legendary.’

    Hi Jeff,

I agree with regard to Southwest in terms of my own positive experiences thus far. Also, my neighbor (a “good guy”) is a pilot with them. Further, I had the opportunity to see a presentation (at an academic conference) about the “behind the scenes” story that was occurring during the 9-11 attack (Southwest trying to get its planes and passengers down safely). People in the audience were cheering, and there were tears, too.

This is why I would advocate contacting Southwest to let them know that Chase may tarnish its brand. Did you know that the Southwest Rapid Rewards Visa card is issued by none other than Chase? See:
