It is clear this judge was not one of them. If you look hard enough, I would bet you would find some cash in his pocket. It does not take a genius to see the hardship families are being put under in diverting funds to pay a "non" agreed amount. Perhaps we should have the good judge preside over the trial of a bank robber. Maybe he would let the robber free on the premise he has not injured the bank...the bank has plenty of funds left.
